Refund policy

At Paragon Dress Ltd., you get access to return the product if you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

• You may return any eligible product within 30 days of receiving it.

• To qualify, the item must be in unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

 

2. Initiating a Return

• Contact us at admin@paragondress.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• After receiving your RMA, package your return securely and include the proof of purchase.

• Send the item back to the return address provided by our customer service team. 

 

3. Refund Policy

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we send an incorrect or defective item.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or an error was made with your order.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized items, intimate wear, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
